Our project is a billing platform for making electronic payments by various methods with high throughput.

Requirements:

• from 4+ years of work experience in the position of Project Manager/Scrum Master in the IT field;
• Understanding of Agile/Lean principles and their practical implementation in development processes
• Experience in building and optimizing development processes (in any framework);
• Experience in managing project scope of work, changes, dependencies, risks;
• Experience of close cooperation with the Product Owner;
• Experience in building a balanced team, including the hiring process;
• Experience in managing several projects and a team of more than 10 members;
• Skills of building transparency for customers using Jira, Confluence and other tools;
• Experience working with confidential information;
• High level of communication skills and self-organization

Will be a plus:

• Availability of relevant position certifications;
• Acquaintance with Management 3.0 concepts;
• Experience of conducting retrospectives in different formats (with the help of different tools);
• Work experience or in-depth theoretical understanding of Scaled Agile development methods;
• Work experience or in-depth theoretical understanding of Kanban Method practices (Kanban cadences, metrics, visualization, work flow optimization principles, etc.)

Responsibilities: < /b>

• Management of development processes of 2 teams -Backend/Frontend (planning, backlog refinement, progress monitoring, review of results with stakeholders, retrospectives, interaction with other teams, etc.);
• Regular joint work on the product backlog and roadmap together with the Product Owner;
• Facilitation of working meetings of the technical team with stakeholders, product owners, architect, STO, representatives of other teams;
• Participation in quarterly reviews, reviews, planning and related activities;
• Monitoring the development process and reporting on progress;
• Risk management and proactive work with blockers, external dependencies, team impediments;
• Work with motivation, development and team balance;
• Conflict management;
• Interaction with the Agile Coach and the management team of other projects in the framework of:

— Optimization of development processes in the company,
— Interteam interaction,
— Knowledge sharing,
— Implementation of new practices (frameworks, metrics, tools, etc.).
