Project manager (fintech) in NovaPay

NovaPay Financial Company (group of "NOVA" companies) in connection with staff expansion announces a competition for the vacancy "Project manager"who will be involved in coordination and management projects for the development of products and services for business clients.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of the full cycle of department projects, from formation of business requirements for the approval and implementation of business processes;
• Communication with dependent functions and units for the purpose of coordination and implementation of department projects;
• Monitoring of the competitive environment, business indicators and department metrics;
• Conducting a detailed comparison and analysis of user flow\user payment flow payment solutions from banks and financial companies;
• Performing the role of a product expert for sales personnel, technical developers and control units;

• Form business requirements for the development/refinement of SME products/processes (projects);
• Organization and participation in testing, piloting and scaling of products/processes;
• Initiate changes , aimed at improving the business processes and products of SMEs.

Requirements:

• Work experience of 5 years or more in the banking system/ fintech;
• Experience of working as a project manager or in the division of development and implementation of products for FOP and legal from 2 years;
• Knowledge of the product range of banks and/or financial companies for the Micro\SME customer segment \Corporate business, working mechanisms of payment systems, pricing models and their target audience;
• Practical work experience in the field of product development\project management with a team of developers\designers, managers and end users;
• Knowledge of the legislation in the field of payments and cash transactions from the National Bank of Ukraine, the basics of tax legislation of FOP and Enterprises in Ukraine;
• Understanding the business cycle of companies in the segment of Internet commerce and classic retail.
