Project manager (finance and analytics) in Staff Service

Our partner, a leading Ukrainian financial company, has opened a competition for the position of Project Manager (collection of problematic debt).

Functional duties:

• Strategy development and adjustment collection;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of overdue debt portfolios;
• Planning and control of collection tools;
• Development and coordination of letter templates, scripts, IVR, SMS, forms, postcards, etc.;
• Communication with counterparties (resolving current issues, obtaining ratings, exchange of reports);
• Preparation of periodic (static) reports for of counterparties;
• Analysis of weekly reports on the effectiveness of the use of various collection tools, analysis of portfolio segments;
• CRM filling (software for working with counterparties).

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education (preferably economics or law direction);
• Understanding the specifics of working with problem debt portfolios;
• Good analytical skills, systematic work, confident user of Microsoft Excel;
• Result orientation, ability to work in a team, honesty, responsibility.
