Project manager (finance, accounting) in NIBULON, TOV SP

Company "NIBULON" is one of the leading agro-industrial companies in Ukraine, which specializes in growing and exporting grain crops. In connection with the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a Project manager in the IT department, direction - finance, accounting.

        Duties:

• Analysis of the needs and problems of customers who use the ERP system for payroll, financial and accounting;
• Development and documentation of requirements for the functionality, interface of the ERP system;

• Cooperation with developers, testers, architects and other interested parties to ensure the quality and conformity of the ERP system to customer requirements;
• Conducting acceptance testing;
• Preparing and conducting user training according to implemented processes;
• User support during the start of operation.

       Requirements:

• Full higher education, preferably in the fields of: finance, economics or IT .
• Knowledge of the main characteristics of ERP systems, modules, functionality;
• Would be an advantage: experience working with ERP functions of IT-Enterprise systems as an advanced user;
• Knowledge of the fundamental principles of financial and accounting, tax legislation, budgeting, planning and control;
• High level of analytical thinking, logic, attention to detail and criticality;

• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools, process modeling, project and change management;

• Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively with various stakeholders, present your ideas and convince audience.
