DILA Medical Laboratory invites a Project Manager (customer experience) to the team

The key tasks of the position will be:

• Initiation of solutions to improve the customer experience based on analytics
• Formulation and testing of hypotheses, prioritization and backlog management
• Development and protection of concepts, definition of goals and expectations effect
• Collection and description of business requirements, design of solutions, preparation of user stories, user flows and acceptance criteria
• Interaction with stakeholders and cross-functional team: analysts, designers, developers, QA
• Management of project implementation from planning to acceptance of results (client testing) and preparation of release materials (instructions, FAQ, initiation of publications in social networks and on the website).
• Evaluation of the results and effectiveness of implemented features and projects, preparation of recommendations based on analytics.

Our requirements for the candidate:

• From 2 years of experience in the roles of Project Manager / Product Manager / Feature Owner / Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel, Power point, services for process visualization and team interaction (figjam, canva or others), experience with Google Analytics will be an advantage.
• Preparation and protection of project concepts. The ability to analyze the effects of project implementation.
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language (oral and written), a high level of literacy.
