Project manager (exhibition activities) in Polikam Hi-Tech

Polikam Hi-Tech has been operating on the Ukrainian market since 2011 in the B2B segment. We are inviting a Project manager to join our team, who will be tasked with planning, organizing and monitoring compliance with project implementation deadlines in Europe, monitoring and implementing qualitative and quantitative indicators.< /p>

What will need to be done?

• to accompany the project by internal functions;
• to determine the composition of the working group and the relationship between them;
• to distribute project stages by process - plan progress schedule;
• develop a chain of interactions between project participants;
• monitor the timely completion of each block of tasks;
• hold meetings of the project implementation work team;
• control the necessary documentation;
• monitor the timely submission, collection, distribution, storage of information and its further use;
• monitor and analyze deviations from the plan, seek optimal solutions in similar situations - make adjustments to the plan and coordinate with all participants;

We are ready to work with you if:

• work experience in a similar position from 1 year
• you have a level of English not lower than Intermediate (written , conversational)
• you have a deep inner understanding of the value of planning - tasks, resources, your own and other people's time;
• you are aware of the importance and practicality of communication skills within the framework of projects;
• li>you understand the industry specifics of the company’s activity — production of trade and advertising and exhibition equipment, souvenir products;
• you know the main types of products, materials, manufacturers, principles of cooperation with manufacturers and suppliers of equipment, contractors for printing services and metalworking;
• you have high internal organization, the skills to set priorities correctly, and you transmit all these qualities to members of project teams;
• you think in categories of customer needs, business interests of the employer organization, budgeting skills and control over compliance with budgets;
• you have multi-channel communication skills, with adherence to the accuracy of setting tasks, compliance with deadlines, high demands for the quality of your own and other people's work;
• ready to devotetime management of systematization of processes, description of tasks, group work on clarification of company goals and methods of achieving them;
• you think quickly, know how to take responsibility, make decisions in a balanced and rational manner;
• attentive/ attention to details;
• you have competent oral and written language;
• ready to learn;
• you have an active attitude in life;
