WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: PROJECT & ACCOUNT MANAGER with relevant work experience in Kyiv office: organizing and conducting corporate and marketing events of various scales; the ability to manage processes from the initial project concept to its successful implementation and completion; the ability to present the company to potential new clients; the understanding that an event is not only a holiday, or rather, not a holiday at all, but hard work. confident command of Ukrainian and English languages ​​is a must KEY SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE: Agency work experience: MICE / MARKETING industry Creative and presentation skills - preparation of presentations according to the client's request and budget expectations (pptx, Canva). Advertising campaign launch planning project/Event planning — understanding of stages, processes, details, ability to work with an action plan. Systematic and disciplined Budget management — creating a budget from scratch and/or according to an existing format, the ability to work with Excel formulas is a must. Management of contractual relations — drawing up and control of execution — pricing, contracts, calculations Communication skills — effective written and verbal communication to achieve goals and solving issues in the field of correct business communication.Creative vision, ability to analyze and research information.Desirable: superficial or in-depth knowledge of marketing promotion, SMM.Desirable: skills in creating content for social networks (FB, Insta, Linkedin).
