Project Manager (ERP systems) in Nova Digital

Ukrainian IT company Nova Digital, which is part of NOVA group of companies is a powerful manufacturer of web applications and software for architectures of any complexity and load on them. We create, maintain and constantly improve software products, the convenience of which has already been appreciated by 32 million private and business clients of Nova Poshta.

We are expanding our team , so we are currently looking for a Project Manager (with experience in implementing ERP systems)

What will you do:

• Communicate with business customers to identify needs;
• Act as a link between the IT team and the business customer;
• Manage all stages of projects ;
• Set and manage project expectations with external and internal stakeholders;
• Collaborate with multiple teams;
• Establish effective communication;
• Decompose project work to the level of tasks, coordinate and control their execution;
• Manage risks and project deadlines.

About you:

• Experience in implementation projectsERP systems in a similar position;
• Microsoft Dynamics 365
• High communication skills, ability to formulate one's thoughts and clearly convey information to others, conduct business correspondence;
• Ability to prepare documentation and presentations;
• Knowledge and application of business process modeling techniques (BPMN, etc.);
• Knowledge of project management programs, working with Agile and Waterfall, knowledge of JIRA;
• Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences, build team interactions;
• Analytical mindset, systems thinking, high motivation and the ability to set priorities correctly in multitasking conditions;
• Responsibility and focus on result;
• Availability of a portfolio of launched projects.
