Requirements:
— Extensive experience and expertise in implementing ERP systems — is a must;
— Critical analytical thinking;
— Proficiency in project planning, including defining scope, creating timelines, and resource allocation;
— Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and documenting client requirements for customization;
— Knowledge of technologies and tools for project management;
— Be able to understand and learn a new system functionality about customers’ business processes;
— Efficient project management to keep the implementation on schedule and within budget;
— Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues that may arise during implementation;
— Be able to negotiate and persuade;
— Communicative, problem-solving, and a good team player;
— English — Upper-Intermediate and higher.
Will be a plus:
— Experience working with Odoo.
Responsibilities:
— Working with project documentation;
— Investigate issues in the customer’s Odoo ERP system;
— Tasks creation with descriptions for developers;
— Tasks prioritization with developers;
— Tasks estimation with developers;
— Agreeing on deadlines for tasks completion with developers and clients;
— Potential risks analysis;
— Setting up a workflow in a team (development, testing, working with requirements);
— Learn new Odoo system functionality and ability to configure standard features;
— Tracking project statuses and progress;
— Following the proper priority of tasks;
— Tracking tasks load and progress of developers;
— Keeping the team in working order and team motivation;
— Communication with customers, and management of their expectations;
— Lead-up reports on projects progress;
— Presentation and demo sessions for clients.
