Bilfinger Ukraine CFI is looking for a Project Manager (engineering projects).  

This is a position for an experienced project manager who will manage engineering projects for clients in the industrial sector (auto, oil and gas, energy, etc.). Main tasks: coordination of international teams, management of budget, schedules and quality, participation in tenders and optimization of processes. Strong planning, communication and English skills are required.

We expect:

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager in an engineering company (preferably in the field of technology or process projects).
• Technical education - mechanical engineering, machine design, process technology, chemistry.
• Fluency in English.
• Certificate PMP will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of MS Project, MS Office, Navisworks and Autodesk TrueView.
• Planning skills (graphs, budgeting, forecasting).
• High communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering solutions development projects for industrial clients (automotive industry, oil and gas, battery production, etc.).
• Coordination of international project teams from various disciplines (technological processes, pipelines, control and measurement devices, architecture, structures, MEP, etc.).
• Tender process managementand proposal preparation. Quality, budget and progress control are key priorities.
• Optimization of team work.
• Active participation in continuous improvement process.
• Compliance with internal procedures.
• Internal and external reporting.

Bilfinger Ukraine CFI is looking for Engineering Project Manager.

What is the job?

This role is for an experienced Project Manager who will lead engineering projects for industrial clients (automotive, oil & gas, energy, etc.). Key responsibilities include coordinationinating international teams, managing budgets, schedules, and quality, participating in tenders, and optimizing processes. Strong planning, communication skills, and fluency in English are essential.

 We expect:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an Engineering company (preferred technology / process engineering projects)
• Technical education - Mechanical and Machine Design, Process Chemistry
• Fluent English
• PMP certificate is a plus
• Knowledge of MS Project, MS Office, Navisworks and Autodesk TrueView
• Planning skills (scheduling, budgeting, forecasting)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Project management for developing Engineering projects with Clients from Industrial sector (Automotive, Oil&Gas, Batteries, etc.)
• Coordinate cross country project teams from various disciplines (Process, Piping, Instrumentation, Architecture, Structure, MEP, etc.)
• Tender Management on offers preparation
• Quality management, budget and progress control are top priorities
• Optimize the team work
• Active participant in continuous improvement process
• Following internal procedures
• Reporting internal and external
