The construction company "VIBIJI", engaged in the design and construction of industrial engineering networks and structures, invites a Project manager (engineering networks, construction) to work. Our project manager is ready to take responsibility for the management of projects from engineering networks, including planning, project team management and successful completion of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with quality. He actively communicates and builds long-term and systematic relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and confidence in our team. Responsibilities: management of all company projects (in Ukraine) for the execution of works / provision of services in the field of construction, consolidation of information on them; development of methodology project management in the company; ensuring the implementation of projects in terms of approved budgets, involved resources, work schedules, etc., drawing up such schedules, preparing summary information on projects for management; managing technical personnel (face-to-face and remote), setting tasks for subordinate employees, monitoring performance on at all stages, control of the terms of execution of stages of work on projects; organization of ordering consumables, control of their use; organization and control of employees' implementation of construction norms and standards; communication with customers, requests for information and documents, consulting on the implementation of project stages; ensuring high-quality and timely document flow for the project: obtaining, ensuring preparation, checking all necessary documents for compliance with the information contained in them , control of the timely signing and return of our copies of documents, correspondence between project participants; organization and quality control of work execution according to the concluded contracts. Requirements: higher professional education (engineering and technical, construction engineering) practical experience in the role of a project manager or head of an engineering division (2 + years of experience) a confident user of AutoCAD leadership qualities, high organizational skills, responsibility, attention to detail, developed communication skills, diplomacy, the ability to manage people and processes, promptness in solving assigned tasks, fluency in the Ukrainian language (competent written and spoken language), a confident PC user We offer: Official registration Timely payment salary.
