Project manager (engineering) in Miyamoto International Ukraine

MIYAMOTO Ukraine has been engaged in the humanitarian restoration of buildings damaged by the Russian attack since 2022. We have joint projects with international organizations such as the UN, USAID, JICA. Since the beginning of MIYAMOTO's work in Ukraine, our specialists have inspected 30,000 damaged objects and 7,000 of them have been put into operation. We are currently looking for a project manager in the Kyiv office. Requirements for a potential candidate: Higher education in the field of industrial, civil construction or engineering specialty. 3 years of experience in design as a civil engineer. General experience in the field of construction from 15 years of age. Knowledge of software: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, MS Project or AutoCAD. Knowledge of current standards of DSTU, DBN. Understanding of construction processes, engineering solutions. Availability of developed and implemented construction projects. Availability of a SS2 and SS3 design engineer certificate will be an advantage .Knowledge of the English language (will be an advantage).Readiness for short-term business trips.Responsibilities:Organization of project group activities, management and coordination of development of project documentation at all stages.Development of technical tasks for design.Performance of inspection and approval of project documentation in all areas.Analysis adopted engineering decisions and control of the connection of engineering decisions developed by external designers. Communication with the Customer. Collection and analysis of initial data for the development of design and estimate documentation. Development coordination, incl. with subcontracting organizations and independent development of individual project documentation solutions. Development of project software, incl. calculation of the class of consequences. Drawing up schedules for the development of project and estimate documentation and monitoring their compliance. Quality management in the part of development of project and estimate documentation. Participation in production meetings.
