< b style="font-weight: 700">Main duties:

• Participation in the preparation of the training schedule .
• Communication with people involved in the project: partners, colleagues, trainers, participants.
• Analysis of participant applications, systematization of data.
• Formation of reports and analytics on projects , presentation of data processing results.
• Project budgeting and documentation management.
• Preparation of communication materials together with a designer and copywriter.
• Development of educational video products (videocasts, interviews, streams, other formats for communities in social networks) together with contractors.
• Working closely with agencies to implement the planned training process.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Full higher education.
• Experience in project management from 2 years.
• Experience in working with educational projects/organization of events.

• Ability to create presentations, conduct negotiations and involve the necessary people in projects.
• Experience of working in large companies or agencies will be an advantage.
• Knowledge and understanding of modern trends in education — will be an advantage.
• Readiness for business trips around Ukraine.
• Leadership qualities, proactivity, sociability, responsibility, ability to work in multitasking mode, focus on results.
