Project manager (education, communities, public and international initiatives) in Kharkiv IT Cluster

We are constantly looking for project managers/ocs who know how to work with people and processes, take responsibility for the implementation of initiatives and are ready to join various areas of activity Cluster.

What projects you can work with:

In Kharkiv IT Cluster, a project manager can be involved in:

• educational and community projects - programs, courses, events, work with communities;
• public, social and charitable initiatives, including projects for veterans;
• projects for companies and the business community, including digitization and development of organizations;
• international partnership projects and cooperation programs.

This is project management in the public sector - without IT product development and without classic full-cycle delivery.

Our ideal candidate:

has experience coordinating or project management (educational, social, public, business or donor initiatives);

• can work in a multitasking environment and prioritize tasks;
• confidently uses Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms);
• has experience or willingness to work with Notion / Jira / CRM - will an advantage;
• has skills in business correspondence and document preparation;
• organized, responsible, attentive to details, systematic;
• knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.

Your main tasks:

• Plan and implement projects — from idea to result.
• Manage processes: form plans, set tasks, monitor deadlines.
• Coordinate people and roles: teams, contractors, partners, speakers, participants.
• Organize events (online and offline): workshops, training programs, forums, community meetings.
• Communicate with stakeholders - companies, educational institutions, donors, communities, partners.
• Work with documentation: official correspondence, invitations, reports, memoranda.
• Plan budgets and control expenses within project boundaries.
• Prepare analytics and short reports for the team, partners and management.

Priority to candidates from Kharkiv and Kharkiv region, some projects require physical presence for implementation
