Project Manager (EdTech) in Medvoice

Medvoice is a Ukrainian EdTech company founded in 2019. We have created an educational platform for doctors of various specialties, which works on a subscription basis, and we are constantly generating content for it. This makes the professional training of doctors accessible, systematic and timely. We dream that doctors all over the world can regularly improve their knowledge, learn new skills and have fun doing it. Due to expansion, we are looking for an active and ambitious Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordination and management of the process of creating medical educational events for doctors and medical workers.
• Organization of cooperation with medical experts, speakers and partners to participate in events.
• Development of a content plan: agreement on topics, selection of speakers (a team of doctors is available to help)
• Coordination of technical support and ensuring uninterrupted webinars (streaming, recording, interactive elements).
• Negotiations with potential sponsors and partners to attract funding.
• Control of the project budget and deadlines for tasks.
• Preparation of reports on the activities carried out, analysis effectiveness of webinars and implementation of improvements.

Requirements for candidates:

• Experience as a Project Manager from 2 years, preferably in the field of educational or medical projects.
• Understanding the specifics of the medical field and modern trends in online education.

• Ability to work with a team (doctors, technical support, marketers) and manage several projects at the same time.
• Experience in promoting online events, knowledge of the principles of working with social networks, email marketing.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of English (preferred).
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• High level of self-organization and responsibility.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience working in the medical field or participating in projects related to online education.
• Knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, etc.).< /li>
