Project Manager (eCommerce) in Access Solutions

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in eCommerce projects, particularly on platforms such as Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, and WordPress. Your responsibilities will include managing projects from their inception or early stages, collaborating with clients and business stakeholders to define the project’s vision and goals, and ensuring successful project execution.

What You Will Do:

• Project management, coordination of all project participants to create an effective workflow that is comfortable for all stakeholders
• Planning and managing project scope, budget, resources, risks
• Active monitoring of the project and its key performance indicators
• Regular weekly/monthly reporting to client and company management on status, metrics and risks
• Ability to anticipate potential issues based on available project data and identified risks, proactively prevent problems
• Onboarding new team members, tracking team workload, productivity, efficiency
• Facilitating daily standups
• Maintaining centralized documentation like project plan, requirements, issues log etc.
• Tracking time spent by team members, ensuring timely timesheet submissions
• Conducting regular weekly check-ins with the team

Your Knowledge and Skills:

• 3+ years experience managing eCommerce/SaaS/Web projects
• Experience with Magento, Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
• Understanding of web development processes, ability to grasp technical concepts
• Excellent planning, time management, and organization skills
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written
• Background in requirements analysis, business analysis a plus
• Skilled in project documentation like project plans, statements of work, risk charts, status reports
• Resource management skills
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
