Higher education, preferred fields: IT, technical Experience in running projects with budgets over PLN 5 million using various methodologies - cascade, agile, hybrid Experience in running projects using artificial intelligence tools Experience in running projects using electronic signatures Implementation of at least one web portal design Experience in running projects in both waterfall and agile methodologies Ability to convey technical and business issues and their solutions to the client and the team Ability to budget the project and efficiently monitor Ability to make decisions even if they are based only on partial knowledge and data Management skills : planning, delegation, monitoring, settlement Certificates in the field of IT project management (scrum, Prince2@, PMI, etc.) at an advanced level Implementation of tasks in conditions of full information, allowing for minimizing the economic and social risk of failure Proactive attitude and dynamism in action Join the experienced a team implementing projects for clients from the financial and insurance sectors.
