Project manager (E-commerce) in UNILIME

Our team is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in a similar field. The ideal candidate will liaise directly with clients to ensure that deliverables meet the required scope and budget. You will work closely on business requirements and resource management to achieve optimal results.

Requirements:
— Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a related position
— English proficiency at upper intermediate level or higher
— Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (preferable Wordpress/ Shopify)
— Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills
— Capability to organize and oversee all project phases to ensure timely completion
— Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and forecasting abilities
— Ability to perform effectively in a multitasking environment

Will be an advantage:
— QA/Dev experience

Responsibilities:
— Engage with the product owner and end-users to collect feature requirements
— Determine and acquire the necessary resources, skills, and knowledge to achieve project goals
— Conduct risk management to mitigate project risks
— Create, update, and refine proposals for assigned projects, including project objectives
— Manage client expectations for products and services to ensure customer satisfaction
— Oversee issue management, covering development, QA, User Acceptance Testing, production delivery, and full implementation transition
