In connection with the expansion of the business, we are looking for a qualified specialist for the position of project manager in the Dubai project.

Functional project manager:

• Presentation of the company's services (if necessary)< /li> Joint planning of work with all related organizations, drawing up a work schedule (Microsoft Project)
• Coordinating with the client (architect/designer) materials, drawings, samples and details of the project
• Full support ( planning, organization, coordination, control) of the project from the moment of signing the contract to handing over the object to the client
• Control of order execution terms at all stages
• Control of financial settlements with the customer and contractors
• Maintenance of project reporting
• Management of the project from the initial phase to completion, ensuring the completion of tasks on time and within the budget
• Ensuring high quality of project execution and compliance with its requirements

 Requirements:

• - experience in the implementation of architectural and interior projects from 2 years
• - availability of fully completed objects
• - architectural/construction education (preferred)
• - ability to read blueprints
• - understanding of the tendering process
• - high communication skills
• - skills in organizing work and coordinating contractors
• - ability to draw up schedules and monitor their compliance-
• - skills in Microsoft Project (preferred)-
• - English B2
• - driver's license available
