Project manager (field of landscape architecture and design) in IronWill

An architectural and design company invites a project manager in the direction of landscape architecture to join the team. We are looking for a systematic and organized specialist who can coordinate processes within the team, control deadlines and ensure high-quality implementation of projects at all stages.

This is a position for a person who knows how to combine creativity and structure, keep details under control and be responsible for the result.

Main duties:

• Coordination of architectural and landscape projects from concepts to the completion of documentation

• Formation and control of work schedules

• Setting tasks for the team of architects and designers

• Quality control of the preparation of drawings and project materials

• Communication with clients regarding the approval of decisions and implementation stages

• Preparation of presentations and protection of project solutions

• Internal reporting on projects

Requirements for the candidate:

• Understanding the specifics of landscape architecture and design

• Skills for working with project documentation

• Ability to work with AutoCAD / ArchiCAD (basic or confident level)

• Strong organizational and management skills

• Ability to work with several projects simultaneously

• Responsibility, structured thinking

• Developed communication and presentation skills

Working conditions:

• Full employment, working hours: Mon-Fri, from 09:00 to 18:00, stationary
