Project manager Digital Marketing in PUMB (First Ukrainian International Bank)

Project manager Digital Marketing remotely Natsyurol mio is looking for a person who can manage turnkey campaigns: participation in the development of campaigns, managing the launch of the campaign, analyzing results, forecasting budgets, creating creative sets (involvement of the Bank's design team). The team offers the following tasks: ∙ Building user engagement processes from scratch. ∙ Launching, management and optimization of advertising campaigns in Facebook, Google, etc. with the help of traffic specialists (both for mobile applications and for the Internet). ∙ Management of the flow of creative generation with the help of a team of designers. ∙ Budgeting and reporting (including document management). The team expects from candidates: ∙ Work experience in mobile web marketing at least 2 years. ∙ Confident knowledge of tools: Facebook (Meta Ads), Google Ads, Apple Search Ads. Knowledge of alternative traffic sources would be an advantage. ∙ Understanding of the main marketing indicators: CPM, CTR, CPA, LTV. ∙ Knowledge of analytical systems: Appsflyer, Firebase, Google Analytics (GA4). ∙ Ability to work with API services. ∙ Ability to work creatively and with a team of designers. ∙ Successful cases of compilation and optimization of advertising campaigns. ∙ Ability to find growth points for the project. ∙ The ability to work with submissions and visualize them. ∙ Ability to process large amounts of data in Excel or Google spreadsheets. ∙ The ability to express one's thoughts correctly and clearly, both qualitatively and in writing.
