Project manager Digital Marketing in PUMB (First Ukrainian International Bank)

We are looking for a person who can manage turnkey campaigns: participation in the development of campaigns, managing the launch of the campaign, analyzing results, forecasting budgets, creating creative sets (involvement of the Bank's design team). The team offers the following tasks: ∙ Building user engagement processes from scratch. ∙ Launch, management and optimization of advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, etc. with the help of traffic specialists (both for mobile applications and the Internet). ∙ Management of the flow of creative generation with the help of a team of designers. ∙ Budgeting and reporting (including document management). The team expects from candidates: ∙ At least 2 years of experience in mobile web marketing.∙ Confident knowledge of tools: Facebook (Meta Ads), Google Ads, Apple Search Ads. Knowledge of alternative sources of traffic will be an advantage.∙ Understanding of basic marketing indicators: CPM, CTR, CPA, LTV.∙ Knowledge of analytical systems: Appsflyer, Firebase, Google Analytics (GA4).∙ Ability to work with API services.∙ Ability to work with creatives and a team of designers.∙ Successful cases of compilation and optimization of advertising campaigns.∙ The ability to find growth points for the project.∙ The ability to work with submissions and visualize them.∙ The ability to process a large amount of data in Excel or Google tables.∙ The ability to correctly and clearly express one's thoughts, both qualitatively and in writing.
