We expect from the candidate:

• Experience in fintech, project management experience from 3 years;
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tasks;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
< li>Experience in recruitment;
• Ability to analyze new markets, competitors, form a strategy and positioning of a new product;
• Proactivity, ability to work for a result;
• Knowledge English language not lower than upper intermediate;
• Self-organization and the ability to organize others;
• Experience in DeFi; PMP certificate is mandatory (similar SAFe, PMI-ACP, PMI, etc. are also welcome).

Responsibilities:

• Project management: planning, coordination and execution control of tasks;
• Team management: setting tasks, monitoring execution and solving problems;
• Competent translation and drafting of TOR for the project team;
• Communication with stakeholders: communication support, progress reports and problem solving;
• Optimization of processes: identification and implementation of improvements in work processes;
• Formation of proposals for the project development strategy in the short and long term, and as well as its protection in front of stakeholders;
• Formation and protection of the financial model of the project (together with a business analyst);
• Analysis of competitors, formation of the "UTP" of the product;
• Monthly budgeting, resource management;
• Maintenance of project documentation and preparation of reports on the status of project implementation.
