Project Manager (Design Engineering) in Boeing

Boeing Ukraine is currently looking for Project Manager — Design Engineering to join their team in Kyiv, Ukraine.Position Responsibilities: Active communications with Customer (Boeing Commercial Airplanes Engineering Groups) on forecast and scope of upcoming work, required resources and possible risks. Interact with Customer for confirmation and approval of project and processes requirements, including quality, budget and terms. If necessary, clarification of technical requirements.Participation in long-term and short-term planning activities. Provide inputs to organization business plan. Define project goals (including quality goals, timely work implementation and Customer satisfaction), focused of organization’s and business unit goals achievement in accordance with project development strategy and requirements of internal documentation. Tracking of project goals achievement.Define resources required for project execution: together with technical leads develop staffing plan, organizational chart, define required tools and processes. If necessary, coordinate with Interiors and other discipline leaders, business units and Capacity & Capability leadership.Project execution: monitors progress of work and its accordance to requirements, systematic analysis of work results, reports to leadership about work progress and results.Manage and control project budget. Plan, confirm, organize and supervise project overtime works.Support of organization Quality Management System according to ISO2001/AS9100 standards. Develop and keep up to date necessary project documentation: project plan, performance metrics etc. Identify risks and possible negative consequences and take appropriate actions.Summarize results of project execution together with technical leads, discipline leaders and Customer. Manage Lessons Learned documentation.Provide systematic receiving of the information about Customer’s satisfaction, analyze this information and if necessary develop corrective actions. Reports to leadership about results of analysis of Customer’s satisfaction.Provide assurance and implementation of organization’s guidelines and regulations, ethics policies, safety rules, rules of company’s property use, optimize working time use.Looks for opportunities to further development of projects, builds long-term relationship with Customer, searches and implements B2B solutions.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Master degree or equivalent in Engineering or/and Aerospace Advanced EnglishExisting rights to work in UkrainePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience in project managementLeadership skills.
