Project manager Department of restructuring and maintenance of problematic assets

Functional duties:

• Preparation of materials and direct participation in the formation and approval of the strategy for the settlement of problem assets (legal entities, natural persons with collateral security, receivables); organization of the implementation of the plan of measures of the approved strategy.
• Analysis of materials on the problem asset in terms of the contractual basis, economic activity, assets, current financial situation, prospects for settlement of overdue debt;
• Analysis of the possibility of applying various options settlement and formation of a strategy for settlement of overdue debt (out-of-court and/or judicial method);
• Preparation of materials for consideration by the committee of problem assets, providing conclusions and proposals for working with the problem asset;
• Organization implementation of the action plan of the approved strategy, coordination of actions with other divisions of the bank in the development and implementation of a strategy for the settlement of problem assets; reporting of completed work.

Requirements for candidates:

• Full higher education (legal or economic).
• Experience in banking (from 2 years) in the direction of working with problem assets of corporate business (legal entities).
• Knowledge of the main tools for solving problem debt. 
• Knowledge of the main regulatory acts related to mortgages, pledges, court and executive proceedings, bankruptcy, NBU regulations regarding the procedure for working with problem assets, etc.
