About us

✈️ Agile team disrupting the current state of aviation ticket distribution.

DRCT is an aviation technology provider operating since 2016. Our primary business is NDC aggregation. We have direct connections to over 30 airlines. With us, travel agents can sell tickets from various airlines way cheaper than they do now.

We are a small team of about 30 people working from all around Europe. Our focus is on active expansion into new markets like Poland, Romania, Saudi Arabia.

What you will do (responsibilities)

✈️ This is a remote role.

• Improve the delivery process for efficient and high-quality task completion.
• Use Notion to distribute tasks, monitor progress, and provide updates.
• Resolve blockers and ensure tasks progress smoothly.
• Ensure tasks are completed promptly and meet quality standards.
• Generate weekly reports on task progress and performance.

Candidate requirements

✈️ The most important thing is motivation and openness to learn.

Must haves

• Proven experience in improving delivery processes.
• Proficiency with Notion for task management.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Nice to haves

• Experience in software development or related fields.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
