Project Manager (Cyprus) in Zikzak Architects

ZIKZAK is engaged in the development of design projects for commercial and private facilities, architectural design.

And now we are looking for an experienced and self-organized Project manager (architect) who lives in Cyprus!

Skills required:

• Experience designing commercial or (and) residential interiors.
• Relevant experience as PM is a must!
• Sound experience (3+years) in Autodesk REVIT or ArchiCAD, with successful, implemented projects.
• Good knowledge of project management and regulatory documentation.
• Fluent written and spoken English, Greek language would be a plus. As you will work closely with the team in Ukraine, it would be great to speak Ukrainian, or at least Russian languages!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Negotiate with customers, contractors.
• Developing and presenting project proposals.
• Perform author’s supervision, according to the schedule: ensure that the project is delivered on-time, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Work closely with the team in Ukraine.
