Project Manager (Customer Service) in Cosmo multimall

Cosmo multimall holding company is one of the leading players in its field . In order to increase work efficiency, we are looking for a Project Manager (customer service).

Requirements:

• Higher construction education;
• Experience in project management - from 2 years;
• Knowledge of DBN, SNiP, rules work of trading enterprises;
• Communication, ability to manage risks, knowledge of time-
  management and knowledge of management standards.

Responsibilities:

• Reading project documentation;
• Control of quality and terms of construction and installation works; 
• Resolution of disputed situations, elimination of delays and downtime of construction crews;
• Maintenance of regulatory and technical documentation in construction ;
• Participation in putting the construction object into operation;
• Preparation of technical tasks for contractors;
• Organization of agreement and signing of contracts.
