DILA Medical Laboratory invites a Project Manager (customer experience manager) to work.

The main purpose of the position:Planning, coordination and control of the implementation of projects in order to ensure the achievement of business goals within the established time, while observing the performance indicators of project implementation.

Key tasks of the position:

• Project management for the development of client experience: preparation of concepts, calculation of the expected effect, collection and agreement of requirements, communication with stakeholders, cooperation with the IT team, status control, evaluation of the quality of implementation and effectiveness of projects.
• Initiation and analysis of research results to identify customer needs and service gaps.

• 2 years of experience as a project manager, customer experience management.
• Experience in CX, service design, management of client projects or transformation of services (will be an advantage).
