Project Manager CRM in Diia Company

Do you have experience in building business processes in CRM systems? We are looking for someone who will build internal processes of interaction between systems and external users. Responsibilities 1. Participation in the implementation of a new business process automation project in the Diya ecosystem. 2. Coordination of the launch of new products and their integration with each other. 3. Formation of CRM development strategy. 4. Automation of business processes.5. Collection of requirements, formation and setting of tasks for the development of CRM. 6. Development of technical tasks. 7. Creating a knowledge base and onboarding for internal users. Requirements 1. Experience with Creatio (or experience with a similar CRM) from 2 years. 2. One year of experience working with CRM systems for the enterprise segment such as Creatio, Microsoft Dynamics, SugarCRM, Zoho CRM for two years. 3. Experience in configuring BPMN processes from 2 years. 4. Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 notation, building processes on it with further automation. 5. Work experience as a business analyst, CRM coordinator or project manager from 2 years. 6. Higher education. 7. Willingness to work in the office
