Friends, we are currently looking for a Project Manager (Credit Risk)

Your future functionality:

• Analysis and systemic improvement of the approval rate for credit products
• Formation of risk hypotheses and initiatives aimed at increasing the approval rate, with their further validation and implementation
• Coordination of changes with risk management and support of initiatives before launch
• Analysis of factors affecting the approval rate (segments, rules, antifraud, technical checks)
• Monitoring the effect of implemented changes and initiation of further improvements Key success metrics
• Increasing approval rate for online credit products
• Number and effectiveness of implemented risk initiative

• Increase in approval rate for online credit products
• Number and effectiveness of implemented risk initiatives

Our candidate has:

• Experience in banking risk management (credit risks)
• Understanding processes credit decision, scoring models, antifraud approaches and risk policy
• Confident skills in working with data and SQL for approval rate analysis
• Skills in forming and protecting risk hypotheses, conducting experiments
