Project Manager — Creative Projects in EPC Network

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of various creative projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
-Projects include but not limited to: landing pages, video creatives, static creatives, chat-bots.
-Actively engage in the execution phase of each project — provide suggestions, real-time feedback, use all available information to ensure that the deliverable is the best it can be.
-Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, writers, developers, and marketers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
-Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress throughout the project lifecycle.
-Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous process improvements to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
-Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, facilitating communication, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment on project goals and priorities.
-Act as the primary point of contact for clients or stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.

Qualifications:
-1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably within a creative or marketing agency environment.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
-Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Trello, Notion) and familiarity with design and collaboration tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Slack).
-A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
-Passion for creativity and innovation, with a genuine interest in staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in design, marketing, and project management.
