Project Manager/Coordinator in Temy

We are an outsourced/outstaffed company Temy. We are looking for a Project Manager/Coordinator to join the team, who will be responsible for the organization and coordination of projects, including communication with the client and development teams to ensure effective cooperation.

Our expectations from the candidate: Proactive, with effective communication and negotiation skills. Vacancy with full-time employment and a hybrid schedule, offices are located at Kyiv,Prospekt Beresteyskyi 24/ Lviv, Haidamatska 9a

Since 2014, we have been providing software development services for companies in various industries, such as IoT, FinTech, E-commerce, Security, Real Estate, EdTech. Projects are mainly from Europe, the USA and Israel. 

The company employs 100+ specialists and we have about 20 active projects. 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experiencein the position of Project Manager in IT companies
• English Upper-intermediate and above
• Understanding SDLC
• Understanding different project management approaches and their differences
< li>Skills of effective communication, negotiation
• Skills of building relationships with customers
• Ability to analyze customers and their needs
• Ability to analyze data and information, distinguish priorities and accept reasoned decisions
• Ability to work in a team
• Willingness to adapt to changes
• Proactivity

Will be a plus:

• Courses and/or certification in PMP, Scrum, Agile

< strong>Responsibilities:

• Actively interact with internal stakeholders, timely provide news about project progress, highlight project risks
• Build good and reliable cooperation with the customer
• Management of project processes:
  • Monitor project timelines and stages, ensuring compliance with agreed terms according to the contract
  • Control the quality of project processes and results
  • Management of project documentation:
    • Maintain the project plan, budget, project scope, communication plan, as well as work with risks
    • Create reports on the status of the project
  • People Management:
    • Work closely with team members for engagement satisfaction on the project
    • Work with teams and customer to plan member engagement teams according to their workload and priorities from the customer
    • Manage changes and expansion of the composition of people on the project
  • Risk management:
    • Identify possible risks and take appropriate measures to prevent them
  • Working with budgets:
    • Create and issue invoices, monitor timely payment
    • Close interact with external and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for project development
