Project Manager/Coordinator in WeSoftYou

WeSoftYou creates web and mobile solutions, as well as custom B2B and B2C applications for various industries and business areas, including Healthcare, e-Learning, Retail, CryptoCurrency, Fintech, and AdTech.

👉 Required Background & Competencies:

- 1+ year of commercial experience as IT Project Manager;

- Knowledge of project management methods, practices, and tools;

- Knowledge of software design, development, and delivery cycle;

- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);

- Proven experience with Scrum and Kanban;

- Upper-intermediate level of English;

- Result-driven and self-organized;

- Strong relationship and communication skills;

- Accountability and proactivity;

- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.

- Net Promoter Score;

- Employee Satisfaction rate;

- Turnover rate;

- Success score according to PMO checklist.

🚀 We expect you to perform such Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute sprints and releases (grooming, retro, testing during the sprint/release, monitoring the implementation of the sprint/release plan on time, managing deadlines);

- Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed;

- Manage project’s scope, timelines, and stakeholder’s expectations;

- Consistently deliver high-quality customer service, and provide status reporting;

- Be involved in the day-to-day release and production activities;

- Manage project documentation & maintain related knowledge base;

- Remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress;

- Ensure that the Scrum teams work within Scrum theory, practices, and rules;

- Drive 1:1 meetings with teammates to ensure a proper level of satisfaction;

- Conduct performance evaluation of project team members, and provide employee performance feedback to department heads;
