Project manager (construction, per object) in Sonnecta Sonsulting

Purpose of the position:

Ensuring the full cycle of construction project implementation at the site: control and coordination of construction and installation works, management of foremen and the team, maintenance of technical documentation, reporting to the customer, compliance deadlines, quality standards and safety requirements.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing project implementation directly on construction site;

• Planning, organization and control of construction and installation works;

• Coordination of the work of the foreman, teams, technical specialists and subcontractors;

• Control of compliance with technical documentation, deadlines, budget and quality standards;

• Daily/weekly monitoring of project progress, prompt resolution of issues on site;

• Maintenance of technical logs, reports to the customer/investor work progress (oral and written);

• Participation in technical meetings, keeping protocols and monitoring the implementation of decisions;

• Interaction with suppliers, quality control services;

safety equipment at the facility.

Location:

• The project manager must be present at the site most of the time. Depending on the project, the candidate must be ready for long business trips.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in the construction industry as a project manager from 5 years

• Experience in managing construction projects at the facility level

• Knowledge of construction technologies, construction norms and standards

• Practical possession of executive and technical documentation (logs, acts, schedules, technical reports)

• Experience in managing several projects at the same time/work on several objects at the same time will be an advantage

• Experience of cooperation with foremen, engineers, contractors

• Ability to organize the work process, plan resources, meet deadlines

• High level of responsibility, initiative, ability to work in a dynamic environment

• Higher technical education (preferably in the field of construction, architecture, engineering)

• Ability to read technical drawings

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in implementing commercial or infrastructure projects

• English at a reading leveltechnical documentation / basic communication

• Experience of working with international clients or organizations

• Proficiency in Ukrainian standards (DSTU, DBN) and understanding of international approaches.
