Project Manager (Construction/NGO) in HR Agency Key People

HR Agency Key People is a leading company in HR consulting and recruitment in various industries. 

One of our partners is the Belgian Development Agency, which implements projects in Ukraine for the reconstruction and construction of schools and hospitals that were damaged or completely destroyed during the war. 

All projects are implemented according to European standards, taking into account the latest technologies, including the use of energy-efficient technologies (Green Energy). 

In connection with the expansion of activities, a vacancy is open for Specialist in the field of construction, who has experience in the implementation of large construction projects according to international standards. 

Contract - 4 years. 

Our candidate:

- Has experience in managing large construction projects for at least 5 years; 

- Has a deep understanding of engineering concepts and practices;? 

- Possesses knowledge of relevant Ukrainian legal acts and standards in the construction industry.? 

- Able to assess and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure projects.? 

- Has the skills to solve problems that arise during construction;

- Fluent in English and Ukrainian languages.? 

It will be an advantage:

- Experience in the field of energy efficiency; 

- Experience in public procurement of works contracts;

- Experience with donors such as the European Union, UN agencies or bilateral aid agencies;

p>- Ability to use appropriate software and tools for infrastructure design and analysis;
