Main duties:

• Ensure project execution according to organization standards.
• Develop and keep project plans up-to-date.
• Monitor and analyze project execution.

• And, of course, use modern project management information systems such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Teams, iThoughts and Wrike.

As a result of these tasks, the company manager always has up-to-date information about the portfolio at the cross-section of each project, an understanding of the plan, as well as analytics that signal timing risks and where to focus.
