We are looking for a specialist who will lead projects from the moment of receiving the keys to full turnkey implementation . Control quality, terms, documentation and budget. Your responsibilities will include: control of terms, quality of work and budget according to the project; control of crews, architects and buyers according to the TK plan and budget; optimization of existing processes in the development of projects to improve quality; interaction with sales, marketing, construction and architecture departments for joint product development; work with functional requirements and technical specifications; participation in the selection of used materials, according to project decisions, selection of alternative solutions; formulation of product requirements for the appearance of technical solutions, nodes for design and production; evaluation, control of work at the facility, in terms of product solutions and compliance with standards; audit of changes in product parameters on the market, tracking trends, search for product solutions that increase the value of the company's offer, development of innovative solutions. Requirements: Skills make decisions, take responsibility and be responsible for the final result; Have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position (related to real estate / construction / repair); Experience in negotiating with customers, drawing up and agreeing technical specifications. Higher education (economics, construction or architecture is welcome); Understanding of construction processes, real estate economics and peculiarities of the Ukrainian market. Skills in working with data, ability to conduct analytical research. Skills of supporting projects at various stages of the development cycle. Ability to work with project documentation. Understanding the cost of the product. Knowledge of the solutions and different suppliers used in the market. Knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint programs will be your advantage.
