Project Manager (construction, apartments) in MYFREEDOM

We are looking for a specialist who will lead projects from the moment of receiving the keys to full turnkey implementation. Control quality, deadlines, documentation and budget.

Your duties will include:

• control of terms, quality of work and estimate according to the project;
• control of teams, architects and buyers according to the plan according to the technical specifications and budget;
• optimization of existing processes in the development of quality improvement projects;
• interaction with sales, marketing, construction and architecture departments for joint product development;
• working with functional requirements and technical specifications;
• participation in the selection of used materials, according to project decisions, selection of alternative solutions;
• formulation of product requirements for the appearance of technical solutions, nodes for design and production;
• evaluation, control of work performance at the facility, as part of product solutions and meeting the requirements of standards;
• auditing changes in product parameters on the market, tracking trends, finding product solutions that increase the value of the company's offer, developing innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Ability to make decisions, take responsibility and be responsible for the final result;
• Have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position (related to real estate / construction / repair );
• Experience in negotiating with customers, drawing up and coordinating the technical task.
• Higher education (economic, construction or architecture is welcomeon);
• Understanding of construction processes, real estate economy and peculiarities of the Ukrainian market. Skills of working with data, ability to conduct analytical research.
• Skills of supporting projects at various stages of the development cycle.
• Ability to work with project documentation.
• Understanding product costing.
• Knowledge of solutions and different suppliers used in the market.
• Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD programs, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint will be your advantage
