Functional:

• Planning of the team's work: work schedules for objects + management;
• Finance: planning and control of expenditures within the framework of the project budget, control of acts of completed works;

• Communication with customers: solving operational issues and questions, for example, not within the competences of the executive;
• Suppliers: solving issues of material and technical support of the project, there is a supply manager in the team;
• Reporting on the project: we will teach, help, support at the stage of adaptation to the position.

Requirements:

• !!! Key TOP — 3 requirements: honesty, work in office, experience in interior decoration of apartments, cottages...(execution - management); b>
• Knowledge of the entire complex of design and construction and assembly works, construction production technologies, sequence of operations, document flow in construction from the beginning of BMR to commissioning of objects;
• Knowledge of current DBN , DSTU, SNDP technical regulations, other normative legal acts in the field of design;
• Knowledge of standards, technical conditions and other guiding materials regarding the development and preparation of design and estimate and other technical documentation;
• Experience in planning, budgeting, working with primary financial documents is welcome;
• PC skills at the level of an experienced user (Microsoft Office, Bitrix 24 and Microsoft Project welcome).
