Project manager (construction) in LPP Ukraine

We have ambitious plans for the future and are actively expanding our capabilities throughout Ukraine, so we are looking for: Project manager (construction) Your main tasks will be: editing and agreeing with the representatives of the Shopping Centers the technical conditions and rules for organizing the design and construction process of future, planned stores; drawing up investment schedules, working out preliminary budgets and investments; collecting the documentation necessary to start the design and construction process; Coordination of the design process, approval of projects with shopping center representatives; Conducting tenders for general contracting; Coordination of the construction process, cost control, budgeting; Preparation of reports / summaries on the course of the investment process. Requirements for our candidates: Higher technical education or practical technical knowledge in the field of construction investments; Experience in managing projects and solving technical problems; Ability to read technical drawings; Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word), knowledge of MS Project will be an additional plus; English — Upper-intermediate level + — proficiency at the level of business communication, concluding contracts and conducting negotiations with business partners and external suppliers (part of the interview will be held in English) Fluency in Polish will be an advantage; Willingness to go on business trips (company car).
