Project manager (construction) in LPP Ukraine

Our company manages five recognizable brands: Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay. Currently, we have already opened more than 140 stores in Ukraine. We have ambitious plans for the coming year 2024 and are actively expanding our capabilities throughout Ukraine, so we are looking for: Project Manager ( construction) So, the main tasks will be: Support of our Project managers during the implementation of projects (construction of new stores); Coordination of technical conditions of LPP store lease agreements; proposals of subcontractors, reports on site visits, technical appendices); Compilation and verification of formal and legal documents related to the execution of construction works; Analysis of planned budgets and realized investments; Acceptance of works from contractors; Support in the organization and comparative analysis of tender proposals; Requirements of current candidates: Level of English Upper-Intermediate + (must have); Experience working in construction projects; Higher education in the field of construction/architecture will be an advantage; Confident user of MS Office programs (experience working in MS Project will be a significant advantage); What we offer: Work in an international company that leads socially -responsible business.
