Project manager (construction) in Novo Bud Servis

We are the design and construction company "NOVO BUD SERVICE", which has been on the market since 2012. In connection with the expansion of the staff, we are looking for a qualified and experienced: Project Manager. Territorially: Kyiv, Brovary. Responsibilities: Management of the entire complex of construction works at the facility; Control over the proper performance by contractors of their obligations; Control over the quality and terms of performance of works in accordance with the approved schedule; Control over compliance with the technical norms of the performance of works in accordance with the normative and legal framework in the field of construction, DBN, etc. documentation; Control over the technical documentation of the project; Management of the budget and material resources; Preparation of applications for materials and control of their implementation by the relevant structural units; Participation in technical commissions for the delivery of the object; Control over completed approved project documentation; Ensuring the implementation of the project in accordance with the requirements of the customer and legislation. Requirements: Experience in a similar position in construction for at least 3 years; Higher specialized education; Experience in working with administrative and supervisory control organizations; Knowledge of the legal framework in construction, knowledge of technical regulations; Knowledge of construction technologies and materials; Confident command of project planning and accounting programs; Ability to make effective decisions and resolve conflict situations; High level of organizational and analytical skills; Communication skills.
