Project manager (construction) in LPP Ukraine

Our company manages five recognizable brands: Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay. Currently, we have already opened more than 140 stores in Ukraine. We have ambitious plans for the future and are actively expanding our capabilities throughout Ukraine, so we are looking for: Project Manager (construction) So, the main tasks will be: Support of our Project managers during the implementation of projects (construction of new stores); Coordination of technical terms of lease agreements for LLP stores; Cooperation with project companies; Visits to facilities where stores are planned to be opened, Preparation of reports and comparative tables (budgets, subcontractor proposals, facility visit reports, technical applications); Compilation and verification of formal and legal documents related to construction works; Analysis of planned budgets and realized investments; Acceptance of works from contractors; Support in the organization and comparative analysis of tenders; Requirements for our candidates: English language level Upper-Intermediate + (must have); Experience in construction projects; Higher education in the field of construction/architecture will be an advantage; Confident user of MS Office programs (experience working in MS Project will be a significant advantage); What we offer: Work in an international company that conducts socially responsible business.
