Responsibilities: interaction with customers, contractors and suppliers; planning and coordination of construction projects from start to finish; control of work execution according to plan and budget; decision making current issues with contractors and customers; ordering construction materials for the construction site; ordering construction equipment rental; communication with customers regarding the selection of paving stones, cost calculation, updating the availability of temporary housing searches on the Internet; filling out Google spreadsheets (Excel); creating invoices for paying for sidewalks tiles and materials; other tasks related to the organization of the work process and control of its execution; work schedule Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. graphics; a warm, cohesive young team; the opportunity to become an integral employee of our team with future financial and career prospects.
