Currently, in connection with the expansion of the staff, we are looking for a Project Manager (construction) in the city of Kharkiv for our team. Duties: - Monitoring of purchases from customers and participation in them, negotiations with customers conclusion of contracts - Planning and coordination of construction projects from beginning to end - Control and supervision of compliance with deadlines and budgets - Interaction with contractors, suppliers and installers - Ensuring high-quality and smooth implementation of projects - Reporting to the company management Requirements: - Experience in a similar position from 1 years - Higher technical education in the field of construction - Law cat. In and experience driving a car - Confident command of a PC and an office package, work in Graphical programs is welcome - High responsibility, organization and communication - Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level - will be a significant advantage in the job.
