Key requirements:

• Experience of working in public catering or Food retail in managerial positions ( own production is an advantage) or work experience in similar industries.
• Experience in project management and creation of business models, business plans, etc.
• Management of production centralization projects.
• Experience work in the design of catering enterprises (or food production enterprises)
• Experience of starting production from scratch
