Project manager call center with knowledge of Romanian or Spanish in 1CallCenter

The company is growing and we are opening a competition for the position of Project manager, who will be responsible for promotion efficiency of local teams.

Your tasks:

> monitor the performance of key KPIs of local teams;

> monitor implementation of the region's business strategy;

> be responsible for increasing the efficiency of the region's work;

> coordinate and accompany the entire work process of local teams;

> manage the organization of employees' working hours;

> develop own ideas and interact with other departments with the aim of optimizing business processes of the call center.

From you we expect:

> experience in a similar position from the 1st year;

> experience in call centers with international activity;

> experience in the implementation and optimization of operational processes of call centers;

> knowledge of programs: CRM

> team and project management experience, leadership skills;

> high level of analytical skills, strategic thinking;

>high level Romanian or Spanish
