Project manager (Business Unit) in Ajax Systems

Ajax Systems has full-cycle manufacturing: from idea generation and prototyping to mass production and sales worldwide. Each department covers a certain operational need of the business in full. The company's specialists are involved at all stages: from the production line in Ukraine to the logistics center in Poland, from where the products are sent to distributors around the world.

We are looking for a new player to join the team who will help strengthen the management of all aspects of business automation projects. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for defining project scope and strategic requirements, road map planning, budgeting, design, development, testing and implementation of solutions based on advanced technologies such as RPA, No-Code and Low-Code.< /p>

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• At least 3 years of process automation experience;

• 2 years of project management experience in the direction of automation and optimization;

• Knowledge of business processes of production and supply chain;

• English – high level;

• Excellent analytical skills, skills to negotiate and solve complex problems questions;

• Experience managing cross-functional teams.

Assignment: 

• Managing all aspects of business automation projects, including defining project scope and strategic requirements , roadmap planning, budgeting, design, development, testing;

• Balancing between established business requirements, milestones, project goals, stated deadlines and implementation costs;

• Anticipate, monitor, and satisfy the needs, interests, and requests of project stakeholders, as well as provide transparent, regular, and accurate updatesand reports on project progress;

• Prioritize tasks and projects (which in management) based on collected business requirements;

• Manage the priorities of the analyst team, teams of programmers working in project working groups;

• Keep reporting on project activity and on the activities of support teams .

• Implementation of projects based on fast technologies - RPA, No-Code, Low-Code.

• Together with the team, the formation of a business process automation strategy taking into account the company's holistic roadmap.
