Project Manager\ Business Analyst ( with QA Responsibilities) in Scalors

Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and versatile Project Manager who will also take on the responsibilities of a Business Analyst and Quality Assurance (QA) professional. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively oversee project lifecycles, analyze business requirements, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.Key Responsibilities:Project Management:Lead end-to-end project management efforts, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet business objectives and deadlines.Coordinate resources, tasks, and activities across multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.Business Analysis:Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.Conduct feasibility studies and gap analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements.Quality Assurance:Develop and implement QA strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.Define test objectives, criteria, and methodologies, and oversee the execution of testing activities.Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify and mitigate defects and issues.Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and resolve defects in a timely manner, ensuring product quality and stability.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in project management, business analysis, and quality assurance roles, preferably in the software development industry.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.Solid knowledge of software testing principles, techniques, and tools.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
